Zenas Curtis (1857-1957) married Mary Todhunter (1860-1950) were married in about 1878 in Catskill, Colorado. Mary's mother died when she was young and her father moved his family from Kansas to New Mexico and, later, to Colorado. After their marriage Zenas and Mary moved to the Texas panhandle and homesteaded there. Zenas also served as a sheriff for a time. Zenas and Mary were the parents of five children and were married seventy-two years. Descendants live in the western United States. |
