Designation "3.120" in listing stands for Album 3, Photograph 120.
This is a photograph of both a printed affidavit and an architectural drawing of the "Plaza of Kit Carson and Mr. Maxwell". The affidavit is sworn to by Narcisco Abreau, son of J. G. Abreau and Petra Abreau, who was the youngest daughter of Charles S. Beaubien, brother to Luz Beaubien who married Lucien B. Maxwell, that the rendering of the Plaza is true and correct as it appeared in 1859.
